These knee pads are solid. Used them for several skates and dropins and they feel and work great with my pads. Switched to Brian's GNetic pads last summer and took me a while to get used to the velcro straps and having the pads held tighter to me. What I couldn't get used to were my old 'gauntlet' style knee pads. Thought about ditching them altogether and noticed all the puck marks on them. This style of kneepads is so much nicer to have under my pads. Even when I switched from my old knee pads (which was more of a bean bag w 4 straps on it than a knee pad) it took a while to get used to the bulky knee pads. These fit and felt great from first time I got in net with them under pads.

I have the Brian's ALITE goalie pads, and these connect easily, via hook and loop strap. They float around, instead of lock on to the pad, allowing for movement from standing to butterfly. I have been useing Bauer knee pads for years, and have just put up with them sliding down. This is a now a game changer. I don't have to adjust mid game any longer. Perfect design and ease of use here.

I have been using Bauer knee pads with Brian’s pads and I made the change and it has been amazing. These are excellent coverage and protection.
