The Bauer Vapor X 3.0 Skate is a mid range skate for any level player. It's boot features a sublimated tech nylon with a thermoformed X-rib pattern, an exterior embossed heel cup/ankle support and an anatomical, 2-piece 40oz felt tongue, with metatarsal guard. The outsole is a lightweight, Pro-8 beveled TPU and the blade holder is a TUUK Lightspeed 2 with a TUUK super stainless steel runner.

Bauer Vapor 3.0 skates
Have not skated in the skates as yet. Getting them profiled to my liking. The skates are very comfortable as are Bauer skates usually with very little break in time needed. I'm looking forward to skating with them soon.

Bauer Vapor X 3.0 - Awesome Skate!
Best Bauer Skate made to date (going back to Bauer 100s)! Even as an advanced skater (with 20 yrs of experience) this skate is awesome for edge control, agility and is protective. I have taken direct slap shots to the boot and barely felt them.

Solid value
You can't go wrong with Bauer Vapors. Great bang for the buck. Light, sturdy, good blades. A bit stiff at first, but we baked them and the fit was much more comfortable the second time. Should get two seasons out of these for my 13 year old son.
