Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product that doesn’t fit or wasn’t what you thought you needed, no problem. We will gladly exchange any new product for a different size, color, or item. We do NOT charge a restocking fee. You will be charged the cost of shipping for the replacement product being sent back to you. We recommend that you reorder your new size or product now, and then return your incorrect size to us for a credit. This ensures the new product is in stock and is being reserved for you. The new order will ship immediately and a credit will be issued once the return arrives.

Return Policy

All returns must be received within 30 days of your invoice date. We can’t accept any returns after 30 days for any reason. Used items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Freight is the responsibility of the customer for returns for any reason. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refused deliveries will be charged $15 and returns without a Return Authorization (RA) number are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

Exclusions & Terms:

  • Due to the nature of the product, all sales for jocks, athletic supporters, goal jocks, and pelvic protectors are FINAL.
  • Special orders and Team Orders, are NOT returnable or exchangeable for any reason.
  • Customized products are not returnable or exchangeable for any reason.
  • There is a 25% re-stocking fee for any products that are not returned in the original packaging and/or box, undamaged. The same 25% re-stocking fee will apply to returns that are not properly shipped, either in a separate box, envelope or wrapped in shipping paper. DO NOT use the skate box as a shipping box. The item will be refused at the customer’s expense.
  • We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow 2 billing cycles for credit to appear on your statement.

Change or cancel an order

If you need to make any changes to or cancel an order, please call us toll free in the U.S. at 1-800-888-GOAL to make the request before it ships, if at all possible. If a tracking number has been emailed to you, then it is too late to change an order. International customers can call 1-810-743-4015.

Domestic, APO/FPO, International

We ship anywhere in the world. NOTE: Oversized or overweight items may be subject to additional shipping charges. Be sure to allow appropriate time for processing and handling of your order. Our shipping carriers make their pick-up at 5:00pm ET. Hockey World makes every effort to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Here are all of the shipping options available to you:

    • Ground: Most orders arrive in 3-7 business days.
    • Fed Ex 2nd Day: We will ship 2nd day but Fed Ex Can not guarantee 2 day delivery due to increased demand.
    • Fed Ex Next Day Air: We will ship next day air but Fed Ex can not guarantee next day delivery due to increased demand.
  • Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico

    • USPS Priority Mail: Applies to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO and Puerto Rico orders only.
    • FedEx 2nd Day rate quotes available.
    • No Overnight delivery option available.
  • APO/FPO

    • USPS Priority Mail
  • International including Canada

    International shipping rates are approximations and may differ from actual costs. We will contact you if the shipping cost is more than what is quoted in your order. Duty, taxes, and customs are the responsibility of the consumer and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment.

    • Global Priority Mail: 7-10 business days. Canadian and international orders only.

    Please Note: Due to export restrictions that some manufacturers enforce on retailers, not all products are available for shipment outside of the United States. For example, Bauer products are not able to be shipped to a freight forwarder per their export policies. For any questions on whether a particular product is able to be shipped internationally, please Contact Us. If an order has already been placed for a restricted product, a Customer Service Rep will contact you. PLEASE ensure that your telephone and/or email address contact information is accurate before completing your order so we may successfully contact you.

    The following Manufacturers restrict shipping product out of the US:

    Bauer, Reebok, CCM, Easton, and Warrior.

Shipping Costs

We strive to keep our shipping rates competitive within the industry. Certain hockey equipment can be quite bulky and may require multiple boxes in order to fulfill your order. In some instances of large orders, multiple boxes may be required and the shipping rates designated in the order may not calculate multiple boxes. We will contact you with any additional shipping before processing the order.

Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air

There are a variety of delivery options that you may select. Please note that the times stated in the delivery description (e.g., “Next Day Air”) only describe the time the carrier indicates it will take to get to you once the carrier has picked up the order. “Next Day Air” does not necessarily mean you will get your equipment the day after you place your order. Hockey World reserves the right to change the shipping method if that means the delivery of the merchandise will take place at or before the time delivery would have occurred under the option you chose. For example, if normal ground delivery would get your merchandise to you in one day and you ordered "2nd Day Air" we reserve the right to employ normal ground shipping.

Warranties, Guarantees & Offers

All items are guaranteed under the manufacturer's limited warranty. Warranty covers defective material or defective workmanship. Abuse, improper care or improper use is not covered by warranty. Items must be seen by our inspection department before any decision can be made. Some warranties are covered directly through the manufacturer so be sure to call before sending any product. Some manufacturers may choose to repair rather than replace an item. Items sent back to the manufacturer for repair or evaluation may take 4-6 weeks. On all warranty issues, the consumer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our location.

They do not apply to oversized items, including Ice'N Go Rinks, Practice Partner Goals and Pucks (case), or any items specified as being excluded from an individual promotional offer or discount. In addition, special offers and discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
