The Synergy ST4 elbow pads feature a 2 piece design which moves comfortably around the elbow joint. A soft U-shaped internal elbow donut prevents slippage during movement. The soft covered cap design cradles the elbow while plastic inserts provide additional protection to the bicep and forearm.
