Order Modification

For any modification to an order, such as changing information or canceling an order, please call the number listed below to ensure your order will be changed, if possible, before it ships.

Return Policy

All returns must include the original Order Summary and be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please call us at 1 800 888-GOAL (4625) (Toll Free in US) - International Callers please call +1 (810) 743-4015 for an RA number. No shipments will be accepted without this number.

All returns must be received within 30 days of your invoice date. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days for any reason. We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow 2 billing cycles for credit to appear on your statement. Used items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Freight is the responsibility of the customer for returns for any reason. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refused deliveries will be charged $15 and returns without a RA# are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

Due to the nature of the product, all sales for jocks, athletic supporters, goal jocks, and pelvic protectors are FINAL.

Special orders and Team Orders, are NOT returnable or exchangeable for any reason.

Customized products are not returnable or exchangeable for any reason.

There is a 25% re-stocking fee for any products that are not returned in the original packaging and/or box, undamaged. The same 25% re-stocking fee will apply to returns that are not properly shipped, either in a separate box, envelope or wrapped in shipping paper. DO NOT use the skate box as a shipping box. The item will be refused at the customer’s expense.

Exchanges

When you order a product that does not fit or you would like to exchange it for another size/item we are glad to help. Hockey World will gladly exchange any new product for a different size, color, or item. We do NOT charge a restocking fee. You will be charged the cost of shipping for the replacement product being sent back to you. We recommend that you reorder your new size or product now, and then return your incorrect size to us for a credit. This ensures the new product is in stock and is being reserved for you. The new order will ship immediately and a credit will be issued once the return arrives.

Warranties & Guaranties

All items are guaranteed under the manufacturer's limited warranty. Warranty covers defective material or defective workmanship. Abuse, improper care or improper use is not covered by warranty. Items must be seen by our inspection department before any decision can be made. Some warranties are covered directly through the manufacturer so be sure to call before sending any product. Some manufacturers may choose to repair rather than replace an item. Items sent back to the manufacturer for repair or evaluation may take 4-6 weeks. Promotional Offers & Discounts

From time to time, the Company makes special offers through various advertising. These offers and discounts are valid for in stock items only (no back orders, custom orders or special orders). Such offers do not apply to oversized items, including Ice'N Go Rinks, Practice Partner Goals and Pucks (case), or any items specified as being excluded from an individual promotional offer or discount. In addition, special offers and discounts cannot be combined with other offers.

Shipping and Handling Rates & Policies

We currently ship to the US as well as internationally. International shipping rates are approximations and may differ from actual costs. We will contact you if the shipping cost is more than what is quoted in your order. NOTE: Oversized or overweight items may be subject to additional shipping charges.

  • UPS Ground: Most orders arrive in 3-7 business days. (n/a to APO/FPO)
  • Fed Ex 2nd Day: Guaranteed to arrive in two business days. (n/a to APO/FPO)
  • UPS Next Day Air: Next business day. (n/a to APO/FPO)
  • USPS Priority Mail: Applies to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO and Puerto Rico orders only.
  • Global Priority Mail: 7-10 business days. Canadian and international orders only.

We utilize real time quotes from our preferred shipping carriers in the interests of providing our customers with the lowest possible prices. We do not consider shipping as an area to generate additional profit or a way to offset our discounted product prices to our customers. In some instances of large orders, multiple boxes may be required and the shipping rates designated in the order may not calculate multiple boxes. We will contact you with any additional shipping before processing the order.

Please note: Due to export restrictions that some manufacturers enforce on retailers, not all products are available for shipment outside of the United States. The following Manufacturers restrict shipping product out of the US: Bauer, Reebok, CCM, Easton and Warrior. Bauer products are not able to be shipped to a freight forwarder per their export policies. There are a variety of delivery options that you may select. Please note that the times stated in the delivery description (e.g., “Next Day Air”) only describe the time the carrier indicates it will take to get to you once the carrier has picked up the order. “Next Day Air” does not necessarily mean you will get your equipment the day after you place your order. Hockey World reserves the right to change the shipping method if that means the delivery of the merchandise will take place at or before the time delivery would have occurred under the option you chose. For example, if normal ground delivery would get your merchandise to you in one day and you ordered "2nd Day Air" we reserve the right to employ normal ground shipping. You must be sure to allow appropriate time for processing and handling of your order. Our shipping carriers make their pick-up at 5:00pm Eastern Time. Hockey World makes every effort to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Please Note: Due to export restrictions that some manufacturers enforce on retailers, not all product is available for shipment outside of the United States. As an example, Bauer products are not able to be shipped to a freight forwarder per their export policies. Duty, Taxes and Customs

Duty, taxes, and customs are the responsibility of the consumer and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment.

Oversized Items

Shipping oversized or heavy items such as Leg Pads, Wheel Bags, Goals or Pucks(cases) cost extra.

Low Price Guarantee

We want your business and we want you to be completely satisfied. That includes offering the best prices on the widest selection of hockey equipment. Our Low Price Guarantee includes the following restrictions:

  • Price must be advertised by an authorized U.S. dealer for in-stock items (same model including size, color, and model year).
  • The price being matched must include any applicable local sales tax and/or delivery fees.
