The Alkali Cele I Roller Hockey Pants – Sr are made up of high-end nylon, lycra and polyester blends to create a lightweight and breathable fabric while providing durability where needed. The abrasion-resistant knee panel protects from slides and falls during game play. The pro preferred stretch waist with hockey lace adjustment allows for a comfortable fit and custom adjustment. The segmented lightweight vented nylon and stretch Lycra body panels provide a breathable feel and allow for complete mobility. Shin straps customize the shin width to fit your needs.

Good Price, but low quality materials.
Purchased the Cele 1 Roller hockey pants because they had straps to help keep shin guards in place.
Descriptions (from Alkalai themselves) state that the knee areas are supposed to be double layer. They are not, unfortunately.
Played three shifts in them before the knee area blew completely out and ripped after a light drop to one knee to block a shot.
Rather disappointing. should have just bought another model without the extra straps, and cheap 1980's Halloween costume material vinyl, and used sock tape.
Everything else about the pants are rather nice other than the low durability of the knees and the seams where the straps are sewn in.
I'll still use them until they totally give out, but I would not purchase the Cele I or Cele II pants again. Quality is terrible.
