Customer Service a huge help
Right now we are in such a different world than we are used to. Peranis brought a welcome sense of hockey-life comradery. Customer service helped me via phone with an out-of-stock item (fit and sizing) then with an exchange as my youngest grew more than I thought. The new roller skates arrived in only a few days! Their help, attentiveness, and quickness at this time is so appreciated.

Extremely helpful customer service
Given what is happening around us, their customer service was so understanding and helpful with identifying the right fit and skate without the ability/convenience of trying them on. The whole process was seamless and delivery was quick. These new blades fit my youngest perfectly.
