Does the job!
Very thick neck guard and collar bone plate. Seems to do the trick. I bought it for my mite player who has to play goalie every few games and the league does not have a real goalie mask. So I use this with his regular helmet and it works great. Careful on the size. Try it on first. We will probably have to move up to a SR. in a year or so.
