upgrading from Ultrasonic pads. The Mach's are much stiffer which is exactly what I was looking for. Strapping is also much easier although I need to make the calf strap as loose as possible to attach (I read this on an online review and it is 100% correct). Rebounds are still hot as with most Bauer top end pads. Interestingly I don't feel like these slide as well as my Ultrasonic's but maybe that will improve over time. Overall satisfied with this purchase.
