I'm getting back into skating again and find this bauer s27 is the right size skate for my abilities. It will offer new technology and ease of maintenance. Looking forward to getting to the ice arena!

I play in an adult league 2 times a week. This is a great skate for the price and almost feels custom after they bake them at the store for you. It was nice that a bake and sharpen were included with purchase. If you don't want to break the bank this skate is perfect.

After the blade holder broke on my old trusty Daoust 555 skates I was suddenly in the market for skates. Being a recreational player I didn't want to spend a ton of money but I did need a good quality, reliable skate. The S27 had just what I needed at a decent price. I am a "D" width but not to far from an "E". The fit felt great even before they were baked & form fitted to my feet. Arch and heel support feel good. The first skate I had with them was stick time for an hour and a half & my feet were not killing me. It's also nice to know I can just replace the blades if I have to, not the entire holder. I think it is a very good intermediate level skate for the price. The staff at Perani's Hockey World Pittsburgh did a great job helping me chose my skates.
