Great skates for the price
These have wonderful features and are a very good skater for a junior player. The likely hood they wold break down prior to him growing out the size is very small. Very supportive. Be aware the Bauer skates are "flatter" than other brands, if your player has a flat foot may want to purchase an arch support.
