The Bauer Vapor 1X Pro Stock Hockey Stick has been designed with the new dual density AERO FOAM 3 core blade for a light but crisp feel. A new evolution of SENSE technology enhances the stick's playability performance and durability by absorbing more energy. This complex combination is lightweight, improving the overall balance of the stick while improving torsional stability for a strong and SENSE quick release on all shots. This stick also features QRT (Quick Release Taper) Technology, which is a new aggressive taper design optimized to load and recoil energy in the lower part of the shaft allowing a player to get their shot off as fast as possible. This new low-kick design is ideal for quick motion snap and slap shots. The eLASTech technology featured in this stick is a proprietary resin system with carbon nanotube reinforcements to increase durability by reducing the spread of micro-fractures caused by slashes and puck impacts, extending a stick's 'pop-life' to keep it feeling newer, longer. The Monocomp technology refers to Bauer's removal of excess material like overlapping layers, resin, and foam waste to improve balance and weight reduction. The optimized blade profile increases the connection point between the blade-hosel transition of the stick. This reduces the amount of blade deflection (e.g., the twisting or opening of the blade while shooting) and improves blade control and delivers pinpoint shooting accuracy.
