The Vapor X40 hockey skates feature a sublimated reinforced mesh quarter package that has been reinforced with a thermoformed X-rib pattern. The brushed nylon liner provides supple feel with excellent durability. The foot is locked in place with an exterior embossed heel cup and ankle support in the heel. This helps to provide good stability, and energy transfer. Closed cell foam ankle pads provide good support and comfort for the player. The Vapor X40 skates come with an anatomical 1 piece felt tongue which provide great lace bite protection. The outsole is constructed with a TPR material which provides a rigid frame to build the boot off of. This skate comes with Tuuk Lightspeed Pro holders and Tuuk stainless steel runners.
