Once again, Perani's to the rescue! Our son snapped his stick and our local pro shop had limited options. We ordered from Perani's that night and had a new stick less than two days later. Our son is a 12U & this seems to be a good step up from his Bauer Supreme. (He says it helps him get more lift, but doesn't particularly care for the extra tackiness/grip. He's a defenseman, so that could be the issue.) For those of us still suffering sticker shock from moving into JR price levels, this seems to be a good option, especially if you can catch it on sale. Just for reference for all of the mommas out there trying to figure out sizing, our son is 5'2" & the stick handle hits right at his chin when he's on his skates. We debated whether or not to size up, but this will get us through until the next growth spurt.
