Better than expected!
Having had Canadian made Optik2 pants before, I was afraid these price point pants would be mid. However, ttheir build quality and tankiness exceeded expectations. They have double layered hip protection and a very high waist to protect those vital organs. The high waist appears to be made of HD foam and plastic shields. Great purchase!
