The Bauer Pro Chest protector has been redesigned for 2012. This version offers square profile shoulder floaters to give a larger appearance when in goal. This helps to deflect high flying pucks. The Pro version also offers removable padding behind the shoulder floaters to allow for customization based on needs. New square shoulder caps also increase the profile for filling gaps in coverage. Max-Sorb reinforced sternum protection offers added protection with the use of a super protective product in the key impact area. The adjustable belly system includes removable extensions to customize coverage in the lower part of the chest protector. The arms are now adjustable as well to find the correct fit depending on arm length. The internal liner is now removable to speed drying time. Plastic elbow caps protective the fragile elbow joints when diving for pucks.
