The Bauer Vapor X 4.0 Skate is a great skate! The boot of the skate features a sublimated silver tech nylon with thermoformed X-rib pattern, a hydrophobic microfiber liner, patented integrated, anatomical heel/ankle support and an anatomical, 2-piece 40oz. felt tongue with metatarsal guard. The outsole is a lightweight, Pro-8 beveled TPU and the blade holder is a TUUK Lightspeed 2 with a TUUK super stainless steel runner.

Ordered skates on a Wed. Arrived Fri. Nice skate for a youth skater who skates 3-4 times per week. Spring clearance (25% off). They came sharpened too. Very pleased with the skate & very pleased with Perani's. Would use Perani's again.
