Our son outgrew his Tour roller blades & thankfully Perani's had the CCM's in stock. Compared to the Tour's, he says they are more smooth & feel more like regular hockey skates. They are more cushioned & turn very similar to hockey skates. He did say if you flex forward too far, there is a piece that digs into the lower shin, but it doesn't seem to be a big deal. He hit a growth spurt this summer (12U skater) & made the jump to "man" feet...I was reluctant to order a SR size, but the size 6 skate fits his regular size 7 street shoe size. The best part - I ordered these mid afternoon & Perani's had them shipped & at my door by noon the next day. Amazing! "Rona quarantine meltdown avoided!! Thanks, Perani's!

They are good skates takes a min to get used to but the foams are thin. If ur just learning to skate I’d say definitely get a size large so your foot isn’t rubbing on the heel but if ur more advanced don’t get them just get the 9060 or 9090
