went to store after researching on line for ft390s last years model not 2019s didnt have any in stock. tried on the ft470 with xs blade holder my son was in love. he worw jespeeds last two years staff was helpful boot is very stiff blades pop out in seconds and fit right in seconds very easy my concern is durability but time will tell

Sweet Skates, man...
So, these bad boys blow Bauer's equivalent out of the water. ONE: Unlike the JetSpeed FT470's, Bauer's equivalent lack a composite boot construction. TWO: The thiccc tongue wraps my 14U daughter's much better than the Bauer. The "V-like" heel-to-toe construction also shapes to her foot, giving her better push with more control. Although the Achille's protector is a little big it didn't seem to affect her gait. Blade replacement will be a snap, whcih makes me happy! So, she's skated on them twice so she's still gotta lot of break in time left but her first impression was that she wished she switched sooner.
For the price point, Bauer can't touch this skate. Thankfully she's still in a Junior skate too (unlike me who has the JetSpeed Senior...)
Great job by CCM and will recommend to anyone that will listen.

Great skate at this price range!
My son plays AAA hockey and this is second pair of FT470's. We've tried Bauer Vapor's, Supremes and Tacks and these Jetspeeds are the best value for a performance skate. Fit is perfect for a medium/large volume foot especially in the heel. The Bauer heel cups are very narrow for some reason. The skate is stiff and has the XS quick replace holder and held up very well over a season of play. Would definitely recommend!

Nice!
Really great skate at an outstanding price! My son has been growing out of his skates on a yearly basis so I was delighted to find this sweet deal! Staff was also super helpful and very polite. Never had a bad experience there.
