My son is entering his 14U season. He is too tall for adult small hockey pants and not quite big enough weight wise for the next size. I had him try these on and it was exactly what we needed. The thigh pads are adjustable about 2 inches. It also has adjustable straps in four spots to make the fit contour the right way to fit his body. I’d highly recommend these to anyone looking for pants and not able to find the right fit.

Great fit and movement.

This was my jump from standard hockey pants to a girdle and I am absolutely loving the change! I am someone who likes a more fitted cut on most things I wear and the girdle gives me that in my hockey protection. I love the adjustable height that has allowed me to really dial in where I need the pads in comparison to my knee pads. This alone has made me feel more confident on the ice having that complete protection. I do feel the girdle has more protection in high impact areas than my pants did (which were Bauer Supreme TotalOnes). Also, I like that if I fall, I don't have to worry about the pads shifting and causing more pain which did happen with my pants specifically in the tail bone area. The only thing I will say is that this girdle does not come with a place to put the cup like the picture shows. I have a jock so that does not affect the functionality of the girdle and I honestly prefer the jock to have somewhere to secure my socks. But, it is worth noting for anyone to be aware of.

Looked to make a leap from pants to a girdle and shell, and this so far seems to be a great first dip into girdles. I have a jock with cup and socks velcro, so I don't need a girdle with the cup. This one DOESN'T come with a cup like in the picture. Girdle fits so much better than pants, and so far I think I might stay in girdles over hockey pants
