Perfect balance of stiffness and flexibility
Home run from CCM with perfect boot that offers the flexibility in forward flexion and tight turns, but enough. Stiffness for long strides. Great boot.

Insole slides around in a major way
My son has been having trouble with the insoles sliding around. I cannot get his foot in the boot without the insole sliding and bending. When he hits the boards with quick direction changes, the insole slides. I took them out to take a look and it is total friction. The bottom of the insole and the boot have zero design to prevent slipping. We ordered some 50.00 insoles from ccm and will try those, but for 1000 bucks, this is a miss.
