Great support and stiffness. The thermo-molding makes them so comfortable. The tongue makes lace bite impossible. The heel hold is wonderful. The tendon guard makes sure you are in good skating posture. The height of runners makes sure you can lean into turns and stops. And I was dubious as to the claims that the runners glide better but, they do. I had good skates from the 90’s and since then I have had used or bargain basement skates. Swore I would never have CCM Tacks again but I did my research and this had the best features for me at a reasonable price. They are worth every penny and I’m glad to have them.

Lucas is the best hockey equipment person in Western PA. Super knowledgeable, but yet patient, and thoughtful as it pertains to the customer experience. Bought a pair of CCM 9380 Skates through Lucas and had a tremendously positive experience. Even though Perani's was out of the Black Step Steel my son wanted, Lucas recommended I purchase from another store and he would still be willing to contour and sharpen the steel.
