I gotta say this inline girdle exceeded my expectations. It's light as a feather and provides protection all around the hip/thigh/tailbone and cup area. The built-in cup is probably more comfortable than any cup/jock I had so far. We usually don't wear as much gear in roller/inline hockey but this gives me confidence to go the extra mile without the fear of falling onto my hips or tailbone. I'm 6'0" and 185 lbs and ordered a size Large which fits me perfectly. It has an adjustable belt and adjustable lower thigh area for a more custom fit.
