Got a cheaper set of shouldies & elbs because I’m just getting back into the game after almost 20 years off the ice. Gotta say, I don’t know why someone would pay 3 times the price of these rekkers because they’re solid, fit great, provide all the coverage necessary for a fairly competitive player, and they allow great mobility. Unless you’re planning on blocking absolute cannons from the point or looking for the bullet-stopping power of multi-ply kevlar, these bad boys are great pick.
