The STX Fortress Woman's Lacrosse Head is the 2014 model and is a defender Lacrosse strung head. Featuring C-Channel technology that increases strength by distributing stress evenly along the bottom rail. A patented elastomer overmold reduces ball spin creating a handle that holds on the the ball while handling play and scooping up balls for a pass to the middie or attack. The Runway pocket is a unique, overlapping center string system allowing the two center runners to flex out and hug the ball. An elongated face increases power while a flexible scoop has a raised ball stopper. The STX Forward Cant Technology&trade which is a gradual Cant that pushes the ball to a sweet spot providing quicker release and better ball feel.
