This was purchased for one of my high school team's goalies (female). We went through every C/A protector in the store to find the right fit that offered the level of protection needed for the level of play. This C/A has exceptional adjustments that are a combination of velcro and straps that are logical and easily secured to keep her from looking like an octopus with strap ends hanging everywhere! The bottom level of padding is removable which we did since her torso isn't long. This fit her arms and shoulders well. We really appreciate the layered protection in the shoulder joints that offers maximum flexibility and range of motion while maintaining protection at the critical joint! Surprisingly, the price point was much lower than several C/A that did not fit well and had equivalent protection levels.
